I was invited into BBC 6 Music’s London studios to chat with Tom Robinson about Debt Records, my new album and music in general.
It was good to see inside a bit of the Broadcasting House complex (Western House to be specific) as I’ve only ever been inside the Media City studios in Salford and the old Oxford Road building in Manchester before now (not counting a strange gig I did in BBC Television Centre a few years back with the Bedlam Six, that was a weird day).
As well as my own songs (solo and with the Bedlams) I also got to play tracks by label-mates Alabaster dePlume and Snowapple. The hour really flew by.
If you missed the live broadcast the show is available to stream until the end of the month HERE (my segment starts about half an hour in).
