For nearly two years I have been working on a project in collaboration with SEALL and the Skye & Lochalsh Archive Centre funded by Creative Scotland through their Culture Collective initiative.
The result is The Community Album Project, a CD/download inspired by conversations in village halls around Skye & Lochalsh, written by me and recorded by local singers and musicians, with money raised going to Alzheimer Scotland.
All the music videos for the tracks can be found here and the CD/download is available to buy here.

I have recently been selected to direct an arts project funded by Creative Scotland’s Culture Collective scheme, a Scotland-wide initiative designed to stimulate and rebuild local and independent arts programmes after the debilitating effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. I’m a member of the group Aiseirigh, six multi-disciplinary artists assembled to head up the Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh division of this endeavour, co-ordinated by local arts companies
